We called the company and they didn't have anyone available the first day when we called since it was late in the day when the problem was noticed. When we called the next day they said some one would co me between 1 and 4 and they arrived a little after 2. Louie the service came in and diagnosed the problem right away and explained to my husband and i what needed to be done. He was quick and efficient. This was the second time we had work done by this company and I would highly recommend them to others.
Cecil came to my home this morning to test my AC unit, which had been running warm for a week or so. He was on time, professional and courteous. It didn't take him long to realize that the capacitor needed to be replaced. He mentioned that this is pretty common, so he had a new one in his inventory to install. He ran some other diagnostic tests and everything else looked okay. I would use Blue Ridge again.
Very Good experience. Our technician Cecil was very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. He diagnosed the problem before even looking at the AC unit and sure enough that was the problem. We will definately be using Blue Ridge again.
