Everyone at your company was professional and friendly. We especially liked having the owner of the company come to our home and give us an estimate. That alone spoke volumes. When we came to the office to sign our contract, Jen was so friendly and she really explained everything to us. And to her we say Thank You. The previous owner had installed an incorrect HVAC system which was causing problems, including a high noise level. BlueRidge came out to make a detailed evaluation, discussed several options with me, and gave reasons for their proposed solution. They had to do some difficult work in tight quarters, yet they were able to keep on schedule and do the work correctly. Their solution worked perfectly, and I'm very satisfied. I highly recommend that you consult them for any work that you may need.
